S2H2O is housed at the Department of Earth & Climate Sciences at San Francisco State University (SFSU). Founded in 2017, we are a student-driven organization supported by donations from alumni, philanthropic and community partners.

Our Vision

All communities will have the capacity to understand and effectively manage local water resources in order to ensure adequate quality and quantity of water now and for future generations.

Our Mission

Building on the mission of San Francisco State University, S2H2O brings together student leaders, faculty advisors, and community partners to create practical solutions for local, regional, and global water sustainability through interdisciplinary research, education, service learning, community engagement and capacity building.
